Cod baked with walnuts and breadcrumbs

Ingredients
500 g fillet of cod
1 bunch parsley
30 g walnuts
1 tbsp breadcrumbs or flour
olive oil or sunflower oil
50-100 g grated cheese
1-2 cloves of garlic
pepper, salt
1 lemon or lime juice
Method
Fillet of cod and salt it ranks in greased pan. Prepare a mixture of very finely chopped parsley, chopped walnuts, garlic and bread crumbs (I grind everything together and leave the mixture to stand for 5-10 minutes). The mixture is spread over the fillets and pressed with a nice hand to stick well. Again, leave for 5 minutes to soak nice flavor in fish. Bake is about 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180C degrees. Serve with lemon slices.
