Coffee Elixir
Ingredients
1 tbsp (10 g) of coffee
1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml) of water
250 g yogurt
1/2 cup (100 g) powdered sugar
2 yolk

Method
Gets cooked Turkish coffee, sweetened with sugar and cool. Add egg yolks, beaten foam and yoghurt cream. The mixture was stirred well.
