Cold Avocado Soup

Ingredients
2 avocados, large, fully ripe
200 ml cream
400 ml vegetable or chicken broth, cold
2 tsp lemon juice
lemon rind, finely grated optional
salt, pepper
1 / 4 tsp cayenne pepper, cayenne
herbs for garnish

Method
The flesh of the avocado, cream, broth, lemon juice and rind and hot pepper is pureed until smooth mixture and cooled 2 hours in refrigerator. Add salt and pepper, garnish is optional and is served ice cold. * Just before serving can be added cold boiled chicken pieces. * Very refreshing in the heat. * Optional can add garlic.

Jump I had forgotten! Soon I did something similar, like tarator, but with avocado, mashed avocados with lemon juice and salt, add yogurt and stir with wire pour water to density as thick tarator. Then he put grated cucumber, garlic and parsley, season with salt and pepper. For heat is ideal.

I loved the soup! Chicken and chilli peppers very well fit the avocado! Soon I ate (hot) chicken soup with avocado in a Mexican restaurant and I loved it. Will get a recipe for it - it is very nice for the cold days.

Very, very tasty soup will definitely be done in warm summer days, thanks for the recipe :) Instead chilli put her 2 small chili peppers, and added lemon peel and garlic and garnished with mint. I think it will go very well with chicken and next time I will put.
