Cold language

Ingredients
1 kg beef tongue
3 cloves garlic
2 tomatoes
1 cucumber
2 eggs
10 olives
vinegar
Method
The language is boiled and peeled. Cut into slices 1 cm thick. On a plateau placed lettuce leaves. Top lining pieces language, a slice of tomato, a slice of cucumber slice of boiled egg, olive. Bay with crushed garlic, mixed with a little vinegar. Sprinkle with pepper and serve cold. Available with chilled white wine.
