Cold summer tomato soup

Ingredients
700 g tomatoes
200 g feta cheese
100 ml cooking cream
5 tbsp olive oil
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 bunch green onions
Method
The tomatoes are peeled, cleaned and Strain a blender, add a little salt. The feta cheese is crushed finely and mix with the cream. Olive oil, chopped parsley and onion Strain with blender until a sauce with green color. Tomato mixture is cooled. Serve in a bowl pour it, add 2-3 tbsp of green sauce and 2 tbsp of white. Decorate with a sprig of parsley.
