Cold tomato soup

Ingredients
450 ml tomato juice
150 g cream
1 tbsp (10 ml) sherry
1 tbsp (10 g) sugar
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
All products are broken down with 2 tbsp (20 ml) and water were placed in a refrigerator. Just before serving add finely chopped parsley.
