Ingredients
2 peaches
4 slices pineapple
1 orange
juice of 1/2 lemon
2-3 tbsp rum
2 tbsp sugar
mint leaves
Method
Peaches and orange peel and cut pieces, mix with chopped pineapple, lemon juice, rum, sugar and mint. The salad is served cold.
