Colorful fruit sponge cake

Ingredients
1 and 3/4 cup brewed black tea
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 and dried fruits - raisins, figs, cherries
1/4 lemon
1 and 1/4 cup flour
egg 1
1 tbsp butter
10 g baking powder (1 packet)
Method
The fruits are soaked in warm tea overnight. If they are very large, can be cut prior to pieces. On the morrow of other products and lukewarm water knead the dough. The fruits are added to it. Pour dough into greased and floured form and bake in preheated oven to 175 C. The cake is allowed to cool and turns on a flat plate.

I love dried fruit. Will try it mandatory.
