Colorful moussaka

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
200-250 g feta cheese
10 peeled roasted red peppers
1 egg
1 slice of bread soaked in water and drained
sunflower oil
savory
pepper
cumin
salt
# TOPPING:
2-3 eggs
200 ml yogurt
1-2 tbsp flour
Method
Minced meat with egg, bread and spices are kneaded. The resulting mixture is spread in a greased pan with sunflower oil (preferably rectangular). On this layer lining tightly purposes roasted peppers. It is better to cover fully minced meat. On them crush the feta cheese. Bake slightly and pour the beaten eggs, flour and yogurt. Bake until ready.
