Colorful salad - II type
Ingredients
5-6 potatoes
1 head red beet
3 apples
1 cucumber
1 bunch spring onions
1/2 bunch parsley
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup yogurt
2 eggs
citric acid
salt
Method
Boil separately potatoes, beetroot, apples and eggs, then cut into cubes in a single vessel. Add finely chopped cucumber, onion and parsley. Add salt is sprinkled with vegetable oil and dissolved in a little water acid, mix well and place in a salad bowl, then showered with broken yogurt.
