Colorful spring salad

Ingredients
2 handfuls of spinach
1 bunch spring onions
1 bunch radishes
5-6 mushrooms canned
100 g ham
1 tbsp tomato paste
3 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp sunflower oil
4 hard boiled eggs
1 cup sour cream
parsley
Method
Onions and spinach finely, radishes - rings, mushrooms julienne, ham and two eggs - cubes. Mix and pour the mixture of tomato paste, the oil and lemon juice. Stir gently and put in an appropriate dish. Pour a little shattered cream, sprinkle with parsley and garnish with slices of the remaining eggs.
