Colourful New Year roll

Ingredients
250 g minced meat
500 g pork loin
2 onions
2 slices of bread
6 tbsp red wine
500 g mushrooms - fresh
3-4 carrots
pepper
parsley
Method
Slices cut into cubes (croutons), then fry. Chop the onion finely and fry well. To add the minced meat, pepper, wine, bread bites, onion, finely chopped parsley. Everything is kneaded. Piece of pork fillet is formed as a rectangle (20 x 30 cm). Hammer and sprinkle with black pepper and a little salt. On it pour stuffing of minced meat. Turns on a tight roll and tied with thread. Bake for 60 minutes at 180 C. Some meat rank chopped mushrooms and carrots. Pour 300 ml water. Dish bake another 60 minutes. Periodically flush with the sauce. Finished roll is placed in a suitable dish and served with steamed vegetables. The sauce is strained, boiled and thickened with flour diffused in water (1 tbsp), add salt, season with pepper and 4 tbsp red wine. The sauce is served separately from the reel. The dish can be prepared as of tenderloin prepared separate small fillets and torqued small rolls.
