Ingredients
700 g potatoes
100 g pickles
100 g cooked carrots
100 g sausage (Macedonian sausage)
1 tsp dry lovage
1 tsp dried dill
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 / 2 tsp nutmeg
2 eggs
frying oil
flour for rolling

Method
Cook potatoes and blend. Cucumbers, carrots and sausage cut into cubes. All products and spices knead well. There are also large oval balls that are rolled in flour. Fry in heated oil. On the set products produce about 10 large meatballs.
