Cookies Ballet

Ingredients
3 egg whites
150 g sugar
1 cup cornmeal (groats)
2 vanilla
2-3 tbsp raisins
2-3 drops almond essence
50 g chocolate

Method
Egg whites are broken down into sugar snow. Add slowly and gently stirring the cornmeal, essences and raisins. In tray covered with baking paper, using a teaspoon make small balls off one another. Bake at 160 C for 25-30 minutes until pink. Leave to cool in the pan. Then arrange on a plate and decorate with melted chocolate.
