Cookies Hats

Ingredients
250 g butter
250 g of powdered sugar
160 g ground walnuts
1 yolk
500 g flour
vanilla
80 g ground walnuts or coconut flour to garnish the edges
Method
The butter mix with sugar until white. Add egg yolks, ground walnuts, vanilla and flour. Knead dough. Roll out the crust 0.5 cm thick and with a cup of cut circles. Bake in a moderate oven. Then adhere two by two with cream or jam. Melted edges (rolled) in ground walnuts. Top sprinkled with lots of powdered sugar.
