Cookies * Lotus petals *

Ingredients
500 g flour
350 g sugar
250 g margarine
1 tsp (5 g) Cinnamon
1 tsp (5 g) baking powder
2 eggs
250 g almonds
chocolate
Method
The butter and sugar are broken foam. Add clean, roasted and finely chopped almonds, and then the flour with baking powder. Kneaded dough, shaped roll with a diameter of 3.4 cm and leave for 1-2 hours in a very cold place, best in the freezing compartment. Then cut into thin slices to be grilled on medium heat 5-7 minutes. Lotus petals topped with warmed chocolate drop (or jam).
