Cookies rice balls

Ingredients
250 g rice
1 liter milk
150 g sugar
1 vanilla
zest of orange
2 yolks
coconut
butter
chocolate
Method
The rice is washed and put in cold water 1/2 tsp salt on medium heat. Boil for 5 minutes and then filtered with a colander. It gets cooked milk with sugar and added polusvareniya rice. The mixture boil on low heat for about 20 minutes, then taste with vanilla and grated lemon rind. Beat egg yolks and add a trickle to rice. The mixture was stirred for several minutes and pour into a greased baking pan. Allow to harden in the refrigerator, then formed into balls using a spoon. The balls are rolled in coconut and stacked in a pyramid dessert platter. Watered strips with melted chocolate. In skidding can be topped with sour cream.
