Ingredients
500 g puff pastry
sugar for sprinkling

Method
Thaw puff pastry is cut into squares with sides about 15 cm. Each of them is coated with water and sprinkled on top of sugar. Wound on a roll, which is cut into discs / slices. Thus obtained snails are arranged in the pan without oil and bake in a preheated 220 C oven. Salzitsa ready when the sugar is caramelized in a nice brown color.

These biscuits are great, homemade is much tastier than Commercial Premium. I prepare them / Frame slightly differently and they add lemon rind and soft butter.

Indecent delicious, easy and quick to prepare! Stuck my puff pastry and spun a baking pan teardrop. And I put them lemon zest. I had a great desire to photograph them, but eat more hot directly from the baking pan. Has seen - I will make :)

are very successful, but my little porazganaha during bake-nothing but nonetheless delicious :)
