Cookies triangles with figs

Ingredients
150 g of dried figs
100 ml whiskey
250 g flour
egg 1
60 g butter
50 g sugar
1/4 cup (50 ml) milk
1 tsp (5 g) baking powder
rind of 1/2 lemon
salt
oil
100 g brown chocolate spread
50 g white chocolate spread
Method
Figs are cut and soaked for 30 minutes in whiskey . Remove, drain and leave to dry. Flour, sugar, egg, milk, baking powder, melted butter, lemon zest and a pinch of salt, stir and add to the chopped figs. The resulting mixture is poured into a greased baking pan, smoothed the top with a knife and bake in moderate oven 25-30 minutes. The warm base plate with whiskey and leave to cool. Cut into triangles and decorated with a mosaic for chocolate.
