Corn meatballs

Ingredients
280-300 g sweetcorn tinned
150-200 g cheese
150-200 g feta cheese
100-150 g olives
3 tbsp yogurt
1 cup Water
flour (enough to make a thick mixture)
3 eggs
colored salt, salt, curry
sausage (optional)

Method
Pour the corn in a bowl, cut the olives into strips and add them. Then add the grated cheese and chopped / grated feta cheese and the 3 eggs and mix and sausage (optional). And add 3 tbsp yogurt, water and flour, how to take a thick mixture. Finally flavoring with spices. The mixture is allowed to stand for at least 10-15 minutes, then fry in Very hot sunflower oil. Draw on kitchen paper to drain from unnecessary sunflower oil. Then ordered another dish, paper towels again. * The easiest form using 2 spoons - with one to scoop up the mixture, and the other is pushed into the pan and press down lightly to flatten.
