Corn sponge cake

Ingredients
1 cup yogurt
1 cup sunflower oil
3 eggs
3-4 tbsp sugar peak
3 cups cornmeal
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 vanilla or grated lemon peel
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method
Dissolve soda in yogurt, stirring continuously, add the sugar, beaten eggs, a bit of flour and fat and finally vanilla. Pour mixture into greased with butter and sprinkled with flour cake form. Bake on low heat for a longer period. After removing from the oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
