Cottage cheese with tomato paste

Ingredients
1 cup (250 g) cottage cheese
1 tbsp (15 g) butter
1 tbsp (15 g) tomato paste
1 head (50 g) onion
parsley
salt
pepper
Method
The cottage cheese is mixed with the butter . Add tomato paste, grated finely grater onions and spices. Mix again, pour into a suitable dish and garnish with a sprig of parsley.
