Ingredients
4-5 (250 g) of potatoes
5-6 (300 g) tomatoes
5 (250 g) peppers
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
1-2 heads (100 g) onion
60 g butter
1 egg
1 cup (200 g) yogurt
parsley
salt
Method
Peppers finely and place in a bowl of boiling salted water. To these were added the diced potatoes, peeled and chopped tomatoes, onions, chopped and stewed together with flour into the fat. Broth boil until ready. Thicken with beaten egg and yogurt and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
