Country soup - II type

Ingredients
60 g butter
2 heads (100 g) onion
5 (250 g) peppers
2 (100 g) tomatoes
5 (250 g) potatoes
2 tbsp (40 g ) rice
1/2 cup (100 ml) milk
1 tsp (10 g) tomato paste
salt
parsley
Method
Chop in small pieces and stew in fat. Add consecutively tomato puree mixed into a little water, tomatoes, peppers and potatoes, chopped. Stew and pour 5 cups salted hot water. When the vegetables is almost cooked, add the rice. Broth boil for another 10-15 minutes. Season with parsley and milk and remove from fire. When is delivered can be added vinegar and pepper.
