Crackers with cheese

Ingredients
1 cup (200 g) flour
200 g cheese
125 g butter
7 tbsp yogurt
2 eggs
Method
Salt to the flour add the grated cheese, eggs (without yolk 1), the milk, the butter and salt to taste. Solid kneaded dough was allowed to rest for 2 hours, and then rolled into a sheet with a thickness of 0.5 cm. It cut strips are folded into a spiral, smeared with broken yolk and bake in a moderate oven.
