Cream cottage cheese and eggs

Ingredients
400 g cottage cheese
100 g sugar
2 eggs
100 g fruit of your choice
50 g walnuts
1 vanilla
Method
Yolks beat with mixer foam. The cottage cheese and pass a stir with a mixer with half the sugar. Yolks and the cottage cheese mix carefully, as they were added chopped fruit of your choice, chopped walnuts and vanilla. Separately broken hard whites and remaining sugar. With mild stirring, are added to other products. The cream is served cold.
