Cream Creole

Ingredients
3 yolks
3 tbsp flour
500-600 ml milk
5 tbsp sugar
100-150 g chocolate
1-2 vanilla
Method
Is broken yolks with sugar until white. Flour blurs with a little milk and pour into the egg yolks. Remaining milk is boiled and added to it the grated chocolate and then a trickle and beaten yolks. The mixture simmer while stirring. Cooked cream flavored with vanilla and poured into bowls or goblets. You can decorate with fresh fruits, to be poked small biscuits or cigar, and also be flavored with a spoonful of rum, cognac or vishnovka. The cream is served well chilled.
