Ingredients
5 eggs
1 liter milk
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp starch
1 lemon
1 tbsp gelatin
raisins
nuts
# TOPPING:
1 cup milk
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp cocoa

Method
Yolks separated from the whites. Mix milk and sugar, add egg yolks with the starch and grated lemon rind. The mixture was put on fire and thickened by beating continuously. Soak gelatin in 1/4 cup hot water until clear and add to the cream, which must be poluizstinal. Finally add the beaten egg whites, almond or walnut kernels, raisins, stir well and pour everything in wet Court. Cooled in a refrigerator. In skidding turns and pour the mixture of milk, flour and cocoa, which thicken with constant stirring of the warm stove.
