Cream Pineapple

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1.6 kg drained yogurt
1 cup crushed walnuts
vanilla
560 g of pineapple compote
cocoa
Method
Is broken yolks with sugar. Add yogurt and vanilla the walnuts. Fruit compote from previously drained cut into small pieces and add to the mixture. After the fruit is added and beaten egg whites. The mixture was divided into two. One was stained with cocoa. When pouring in cups or cocktail glasses alternating the two cream.
