Cream soup Ramsons

Ingredients
2 links Ramsons
1 onion
250 ml vegetable broth
2 tbsp olive oil
200 g crème fraîche (drained sour cream) or yoghurt
salt
pepper
Method
Fry the finely chopped onion in olive oil. Pour the broth and put cut Ramsons. Allow only to a boil and remove from fire. Put the cream, everything is pureed to a fine cream and seasoned with pepper and salt.

I want to ask you something (but do not be me laugh a lot): what is Ramsons?

I understand what it is, I know it as wild garlic!

I did not know that it says Ramsons, until yesterday. I knew him as a bear or wild onion garlic. :-). But apparently his name is self - you learn while alive:-)
