Cream Surprise

Ingredients
1 kg cottage cheese
150 g butter
100 g walnuts
250 g cream
6 yolks
300 g fruits
vanilla
cinnamon
crushed cloves
Method
The butter was allowed to warm to soften, then stirred with egg yolks and sugar fluffy. Add the cottage cheese (buttermilk is drained) and shattered cream. Mix everything well. Place a vanilla cream and so prepared is added to the appropriate glasses as the top formed a peak, which is dusted with chopped walnuts and crushed cloves. Serve with fresh or canned fruit, arranged in separate bowls and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar.
