Ingredients
500 g strawberries
4 eggs
250 g feta cheese mascarpone
250 g cream
sugar
cocoa
Method
First separate the yolks from the whites of eggs. In good bowl whisk the egg yolks with 4-5 tbsp sugar - fights until the sugar crystals dissolve.
