Creole dessert

Ingredients
8 bananas
2 eggs
60 g butter
4 tbsp flour
3 tbsp sugar
Rums essence
Method
Bananas are peeled and split in half lengthwise. The butter is melted and separated part of it. Eggs and flour are broken. Each piece of banana dipped in the butter, then in egg and flour and fry on both sides until browned. Bananas are arranged in a serving and served warm, sprinkled with sugar and splashed with rum flavoring.
