Ingredients
5 eggs
150 g sugar
100 ml sunflower oil
200 g flour
vanilla
lemon peel
50 g chopped walnuts
1/2 packet of baking powder
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method
Beat eggs with sugar until white. Add fat, slightly confused, flour, grated lemon peel, vanilla and baking powder. Mix everything very well and pour a thin layer in the pan, greased with butter and sprinkled with flour. Top evenly sprinkle the walnuts. Bake in a moderate oven. Once cool, cut into crescents using a glass and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Thank you reminded me of another favorite pastry breath of fresh lemon childhood! My mother is a master of desserts and always fight with mixer at least 20 minutes. Eggs and sugar to make sponge cake or fluffy. Will surprise my children, and especially dad :)
