Ingredients
125 g butter
125 g of powdered sugar
1 egg
250 g flour
walnuts for sprinkling
1 vanilla
1 egg white

Method
The butter and sugar are broken foam. Add the egg, mix and finally add the flour and vanilla. Blended into a medium stiff dough. Roll out a thin crust and a wineglass cut crescents. Coated with non-fragmented egg white. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Biscuits bake in moderate oven until pale pink.
