Crispy fish BBQ

Ingredients
1 kg fish fillet
60 g butter
100 g breadcrumbs
juice of 1 lemon
salt
pepper
soy sauce
Worcester sauce
Method
Fish watered with lemon juice and Season with salt and pepper to taste. Allow to stand for about 1 hour in the refrigerator. Each piece is dipped in melted butter, add some breadcrumbs and bake in preheated prior good BBQ. Serve fields with soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. For garnish offered fries.
