Crispy Italian dessert

Ingredients
125 g sweet almond
30 ml almond liqueur
4 peaches
200 g blueberries
250 g feta cheese Mascarpone
250 g thick yogurt
50 g brown sugar
1 pinch cinnamon

Method
The crushed cookies and place on the bottom of the tray of Jena glass. Sprinkled with liqueur. Peel peaches and cut into julienne and with washed and cleaned blueberries pouring on the cookies. With a wooden spoon to break the feta cheese Mascarpone and yoghurt and pour over the fruit. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Place the tin in the oven grill for 5 minutes, as the sugar to melt and become golden. Cool and serve with chocolate spread.

Well, thanks for evaluation. Try not regret it. I must tell you that I do but ienski bowls of these custard, easier for me to serve and as hard in the baking pan is served. Xevi, for sprinkling is but as it melted enough sweetened cake.And yet served with chocolate who likes sweet can add.But summer is very osvezhavashtt dessert.

akva7 may desalinated with cottage cheese inside but serves some essence or vanilla, and 3 tbsp sugar. I've done it with cottage cheese. But well break it with sugar and a little lemon juice to obtain a creamy mixture.

Not found sweet almond and replaced them with macaroons, blueberry and no - I went without them. In the milk mixture to put sugar and get superb dessert (to taste). I have not photographed separately piece that was groznovatichko (really hard serving of baking pan). The biscuits were wobbly and was not crispy, but it was delicious.
