Crispy onion salad

Ingredients
3-4 large onions
1 beef bouillon cube
100 g feta cheese
parsley
Method
3-4 large onions are peeled and cut into large slices, sprinkle with crushed cube beef broth and fry gently in a pan with a little sunflower oil. Onions should remain slightly harsh. Allow to cool and serve sprinkled with crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley.
