Crispy potatoes

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
200 g breadcrumbs
oil - sunflower oil, butter or margarine
1 cube chicken broth
1 tsp garlic powder
spices optional - savory, rosemary and others.
Salt
pepper

Method
Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Blanch for 3-4 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain in a colander, then transfer to a baking dish. Fat and put it on top crushed chicken broth, add spices, garlic and everything very well be wrong. Finally pour breadcrumbs and again it was carefully stirred. Potatoes bake in preheated oven until browned. Do not put any water.

last night I made them - really are very tasty but I remained a little dry even allowed myself to put a little some water. Certainly had plenty of fat to put. But anyway - the recipe is very successful

I'm glad you liked the recipe. Many important varieties of potatoes. I have come across very bad potatoes and I have experienced things.

Great are the fries, I put bread crumbs and spices in a plastic bag and put kartovkite and wrong.

Could not without milled?

The purpose of milling is then spices and breadcrumbs to stick well barhu potatoes to obtain crisp krichka
