Crispy vegetables

Ingredients
3 green peppers
3 red peppers
3-4 carrots
2-3 zucchini
200 g mushrooms
2-3 leeks onion
salt
olive oil for frying
soy sauce

Method
All vegetables Wash and cut into strips. Fry separately, are crispy and when all are willing to put in the pan together, pour soy sauce and off the stove. They can be used vegetables of your choice.
