Croquettes chervil

Ingredients
Chapter 1 chervil
200 g rice
20 g butter
1 cup (200 ml) meat broth
1-2 eggs
pepper
salt
breadcrumbs
fat frying
Method
Celery is cleaned, grate and stew over low heat in the broth, adding the butter. Mix with cooked rice and eggs, sprinkle with pepper, add salt and the mixture is shaped croquettes thick 2 fingers. Rolled in breadcrumbs and fry in preheated oil until golden yellow.
