Cutlets with beans
Ingredients
2 cups (400 g) beans
3-4 (150 g) potatoes
250 g minced meat veal
2 heads (100 g) onion
2 eggs
2 slices (150 g) bread
100 g breadcrumbs
Salt
pepper
parsley
vegetable oil for frying
Method
Beans are boiled until completely soft and was ground through a strainer. Separately boil the potatoes and rubbing sore. Mix beans and potatoes and add to the onion, grated, meat, eggs, bread, pre-soaked in cold water and squeezed, chopped parsley, pepper and salt to taste. The mixture was kneaded well and it made meatballs that are rolled in breadcrumbs and fry in preheated oil. Serve with a garnish of red tomatoes, cut into circles.
