Ingredients
800 g roasted peppers
250 g yogurt
150 g feta cheese
3 tbsp (30 ml) sunflower oil
4-5 cloves garlic

Method
In a deep pot placed in pieces peppers. Add crumbled feta cheese, yoghurt, the oil and crushed garlic. Mix well and leave for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
