Delicacy liver

Ingredients
500 g liver
100 ml white wine
2 cloves garlic
1-2 onions
pepper
sunflower oil
savory
cinnamon
salt
caraway
breadcrumbs
Method
Liver cut into thick slices and baked BBQ on both sides. After it was cut into pieces and flavored with spices all pre-crushed in a mortar. Chop the onion slices and stew with garlic and wine. All this added to the liver and put breadcrumbs and pozaparzhva less. In presenting sprinkles with parsley.

Yes. Can be brushed with oil.

I do not paint anything. Dub rack from time to time with bacon. Only flavoring liver.
