Dolmas and stuffed peppers
Ingredients
1 sour cabbage
10-12 dried red peppers
400 g rice
500 g onions
1 cup (200 ml) sunflower oil

Method
Peppers cleaned of seeds and stalks and steamed in hot water to soften. Chopped onion fry in 3/4 of the oil. Add rice and stirred. Pour a spice and 1 cup (200 ml) of water to boil and soften the rice. After boil off the water, the mixture is removed from the fire and it is stuffed peppers and wrap the dolmas. At the bottom of the pot is placed sliced ​​cabbage. Arrange a layer of peppers, each rolled in flour, order dolmas. Pour on top with the rest of the oil and water so as to cover well. Stacked with a plate and cook on low heat.
