Dolmas lettuce and walnuts

Ingredients
several large lettuce leaves
1 onion
sunflower oil
1 cup rice
1 bunch parsley, mint, dill
pepper, salt
1 and 1/2 cup ground walnuts
1 egg
yogurt garnish
Method
The leaves are washed, steamed with not very hot water. Cut a thick streak. Chop finely, stew in the fat, add the cleaned and washed rice, add salt, stir and make 1 cup hot water. Allow the stove to boil pulls from it, and after 10 minutes add chopped parsley, mint and dill and seasoned with pepper. Add the walnuts and egg, stir well and this mixture is filled leaves of lettuce. Twist dolmas, rank at the bottom of a shallow saucepan, pressed with a plate and pour with 2-2 and 1/2 cup salted water, so that the dish was covered. Boil on low heat. Serve with yogurt.
