Dolmas pancakes

Ingredients
10 ready pancakes
500 g mushrooms
2 onions
3/4 cup Rice
1/2 bunch parsley
1 tsp red pepper
pepper and salt
Method
Mushrooms are cleaned, cut and boil in salted water with 2 tbsp sunflower oil. Drain and fry the finely chopped onion. Was added thereto, and rice. After he and fry until transparent, add the spices and 2 cups water. The mixture boil on low heat until absorb the water. When it finished, the filling is removed from the heat, sprinkle with parsley and screwed in the pancakes as turn dolmas. They rank in a greased baking dish, pour the water in which they boiled mushrooms and bake in a moderate oven until browned.

I do them the same -but better going with green onion

and topping of fresh milk, eggs, barashno, pepper, salt and chopped parsley.
