Dolmas pork

Ingredients
5-6 pork chops
2-3 leeks onion
5-6 washers smoked feta cheese
1 cup tomato paste
pepper
pepper
savory
salt
whole leaves of sauerkraut

Method
Each steak is cut into two halves. Season with black pepper, red pepper, savory and salt. Leek cut into small pieces and stew in 4-5 tbsp oil, add tomato juice and washers smoked feta cheese. Stews while the feta cheese is melted, taking care not to burn. Then the list of sauerkraut put half steak as it will bear 1-2 tbsp of stuffing and rolls of dolma. Ready dolmas rank in a saucepan and simmer until ready.
