Dolmas with salo and sauerkraut

Ingredients
300 g salo or bacon
1 cup (200 g) rice
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
750 g sauerkraut
1-2 heads (100 g) onion
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper

Method
Chop in small pieces and fry in fat. Then the purified and washed rice, sprinkle with red and black pepper, pour 1/4 cup hot water, add salt and keep the fire until absorb the water. The leaves of the cabbage are cleansed of rough parts, salo is cut into small pieces. The leaves are wrapped in 1-2 pieces of salo and 1 tbsp of filling. The dolmas are naezhdat in a pan, the bottom of which is placed 2-3 cabbage leaves and covered with leaves to stew better. Pour hot water (to cover) and cook on low heat until ready.
