Dolmas with sauerkraut and raisins
1 sour cabbage
1/2 cup (100 ml) sunflower oil
200 g rice
100 g raisins
Cutting the leaves of cabbage, by removing the hard part. Fry the finely chopped onion in the oil, add the washed rice, a little water and stew. Put salt, pepper and paprika to taste and remove from fire. Add raisins and mix well. The stuffing is cabbage leaves wrapped well and placed close to each other in a pot, the bottom of which is covered with residues of the sheet. Flooded with water, pressed with a plate and cook 40 minutes on low heat.
